3-Di Tournaments

The IBO / 3-Di shooting format comprises of 20 targets.

Archers shoot an single arrow at the 11 - 10 - 8 - 5 The scoring system , set up along a scenic outdoors.

3-D Tournaments :

3-Di's Tournament calendar includes, but is not limited to the following events :

• Provincial Championships in the majority of all the Provinces
• The Triple Crown Series  - Leg 1 / 2 / 3
• The Great Outdoor Games  -  Annual Charity Event
•  The 3-Di National Championships at the conclusion of the year.

Currently, ALL 3-Di events are sanctioned by the IBO. (International Bowhunting Organization)

Recognition starts early for us.

The Future Bowhunters (FBH) are a Non - Competitive class for young archers younger than 9 years of age.
All entries are rewarded with medals and Prizes. As the future of 3-D archery, they are there to have fun.

Recognition :

Through our affiliation to Archery SA ( ASA ) and the Provincial Sports Councils, we are able to recognize Provincial / National and Protea archers.  It is however very important to differentiate between these 3.

Whereas Provincial colors are administrated by 3-Di / the associations provincial body / Provincial Sports Councils ( PSC's ), National recognition are defined / awarded by 3-Di itself.

Protea Colors are for governed by law. This process is overseen by 3-Di / ASA and the Colors Board.
Please be mindful that Protea recognition is not easy to attain. It will include the best-of-the-best, representing SA at international events. IE : The IBO World Championships.
